Trade is an activity that is inherent to several of our operations. We conduct business with corporate customers and, through Petrobras Distribuidora, with end consumers at the more than 7,000 service stations throughout Brazil. The main products we trade are diesel fuel, gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), naphtha, fuel oil, and jet fuel. The vessel design has been optimized to comply with the Petrobras UT4000 FSV specification. Liquid capacities include 42,000 liters of ship’s fuel, 90,000 liters of cargo fuel, 10,000 liters of ship’s water, and 88,000 liters of fresh water. Only 10 vessels – all chartered in the seventh round of Prorefam in 2014 – are under construction: eight Bram Offshore PSVs due in 2022, and two CBO AHTSs scheduled for delivery in September and November of this year. The deals are for Solstad Farstads two anchor handlers and one construction support vessel. The Norwegian company’s AHTS vessel BOS Topazio has been awarded a 3-year firm contract, expected to start in the first quarter of 2019, in direct continuation with current charter. Petrobras will have an option to extend for further 2-years. MV31 has entered into a long-term charter agreement for the deployment of the FPSO with Petróleo Brasileiro S.A.
